Because Elvora Point is a publisher rather than the product’s developer, the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:

What we cannot help with
We are not able to provide technical support, account help, billing assistance, refunds or cancellations for KMPlayer or for any other product mentioned here. We also cannot diagnose why a particular file stutters on a particular machine, or add hardware acceleration that your graphics chip does not provide. Those requests must go to the product’s own developer, whose support channels are listed on its official website.
